Ok men … I need some help

I did what i lost with intermittent fasting, fruits, high protein, veggies (especially green) and lean meats. Try not to intake anything except water after a certain time- for me , its about 7-8pm .
The whole thing is to burn more than you intake. It sounds simple but its a pain in the ass…lol.

No starches, no sugars. Protein and veggies and fruits. Have to get your body to ''ketosis'' .

This is how I did it lost 60lbs this way
