Probably. A stock 92G civilian sales gun is an extreme rarity. Depending on who you talk to at Beretta, they were never sold. So all, or most, are LE grade-ins.

Me, too! Much harder to find a 92G slide. If you do, it’s usually gonna be from an Elite series or similar, which cost more.
If you end up with a slide that has a decocking safety, I’ve got a factory “G” conversion kit that will convert it to decock-only.
We're in the South. Duct-tape! It fixes everything.
I thought of that and then risk VS reward . I’d rather not have it throw shrapnel in my face when a 92s is $259

Thanks . I had already looked which is why I made the comment about them costing more . eBay has come through on a few hard to get parts so it is always a good practice to check eBay
Restoration is a important part of maintaining our history..... try gun broker im sure someone has a cheap slide for saleI paid $259 for a complete 92s
