State says bridge is OK, and they think that these buses and other buses have regularly crossed it in violation of the weight limit.

I think the bus company, the one that sent these two buses on that particular day in the video, should have to reimburse the state for all the costs of the inspection . Including reimbursement for the labor for the state employees involved.
And they should have to pay something as a fine for inconveniencing all the people that had to be rerouted while the bridge was closed for inspection .
