It lies within the parents, my great niece comes over and with a little effort, she gets on her bike and spends hours riding in my yard. She's down to one training wheel, with a lot of effort. Parents, grandparents, uncles and aunts need to spend more time outside with the little ones. It will go a long way in their development.

Amen I tell my daughter everyday they living to fast,just need to slow down and enjoy.
