Opening day turkey season

Can't get out until April 8th.

My honey hole at John's mountain has dred up this year. Usually there is all kind of sign in there. I usually kill at least one a year in there. John's mountain as a whole is not near as good as it used to be. They control burn too close to the season so the hens don't have enough nesting areas. Not one track or droppings. John's used to be covered up in turkeys.

I got on a henned up WMA gobbler this morning. Couldn't persuade him to leave his ladies. I found a good deer hunting spot and a little bonus.
