04 Toyota Tundra Limited 266k miles and still going strong. Continual maintenance is key.

Mine is just rolling 5 years old and has 472,000 miles. I'd worry more about maintenance than year or mileage.

If they can prove maintenance, i wouldn't worry too much. To put that many miles on a truck in that short of a timeframe, almost all of them would have have to be legit highway miles. Not a lot of shifting and high revving.

To put it in perspective, about 80% of my driving is highway. And I'm barely at 70,000 on a 2016 F150.

Transmissions are newer Rams are crap, if you buy it with those miles then make sure you have 4k set aside for a new or rebuilt one.
