I have some cans in jail...do I form 1 a cpl pistols or built/buy a 300bo upper and reloading dies for 300bo...and embrace the brace?

Embrace the brace. No reason to build a SBR and wait longer + pay another stamp.

kinda the way im leaning...I would just need dies, brass and projos...have all the powder i need. 2 stamps and the engraving costs would build me a nice upper.

Spending $200 to exercise your god given right is big lame. Unless something radical changes with the ATF keep rocking the brace. Or form 1 and keep a brace around so you can get around the hassle of taking the rifle out of state

Pistols and Cans may travel interstate without filing paperwork.

Please note if your current lower was transferred. as a rifle you’ll need to buy a non rifle lower to build a pistol/multi to avoid constructing an SBR.

Also an SBR needs paperwork when traveling out of state or when selling it.

Well...if you're going to Form 1, now is the time to do it. Lots of people are getting them approved in about 2 weeks, mine took 6.

The newer braces are just as effective as a stock. I wish I don’t do my SBRs...
