I've never personally had a problem with them shipping. I've usually seen about 2-3 days to process and ship and have it to me right at 5-7 days. I remember having the same experience buying from primary arms as well.

I order from the dealer side and usually get fairly fast shipping. They use UPS which tends to run slower than Fed Ex where I live.

PSA has gotten better about lead times being accurate. If there is nonposted lead time on the website, then usually within a week.
