Orlando Mayor & Police Chief Complain about FL 'Gun Carry Law '

They seem to complain about the gun law but the perp was 17 arrested for Grand Theft last year ( likely on bond ) ?

So him being a Juvie in FL ( adult in GA ? ) & being under 21 he was unable to have a gun anyway ,

So why complain about Constitutional Carry . ????
