Any knife under the length of 12" is legal to carry in GA. Anything over 12" requires a GWL. There is no restrictions regarding OTF knives in GA like some other states.
Age of consent is 18 here in ga. Next door in Alabama you can be 14 to consent to sex.

Any knife may be carried concealed or openly, provided that the blade length is not greater than five inches. If it is a cutting instrument designed for purposes of offense or defense, or if the length of the blade is greater than five inches, a weapons license is required.
Carrying a weapon in certain locations, to include bars, courthouse facilities, government buildings, prisons, jails, places of worship and nuclear power generating facilities, is restricted. § 16-11-127.
