Gay marriage is legal and you have to take a class to get your concealed carry permit. I'm a huge supporter of firearms safety, having worked at gun stores I see a lot of people buy guns and carry them with no plans to learn which end the bullet comes out. In a perfect world people would seek training without it being a requirement but that's a perfect world. It's most fitting for me, while I love guns I am definitely a huge advocate of responsible ownership.

Colorado definitely has some things right that GA does not. But they also have a lot of things wrong that GA has right.

Haha I am. I want people to do what they want as long as it doesn't hurt others. Having said that, not getting training can result in hurting others. It doesn't take much to have an accidental discharge or shoot yourself in the foot with an "unloaded gun."
And yes, no state is perfect. It's just most fitting for me. The 15 round magazine capacity is dumb.
