Out of state hunts

Honestly I wouldn’t wait if it is something you are serious about. I’m afraid their OTC license are not gonna be around much longer or at least in limited capacity.
I try and do an out of state hunt about every other year. With gas prices so high I'm not looking forward to any hunts this year. Last year I hunted moose in New Foundland. With Covid restrictions I probably won't go back to Canada until they hang Trudeau. I've got several points for WY deer and antelope, hopefully next year. When I was younger I set a goal of taking a bear, elk and PY deer with my bow. Now I have to set some new goals. A PY Muley is the goal.
