Own your own StG 44!!!!!

Seems price and quality will be the prime factors. Maybe we should get a group together and contact them, see where they're at.

I reckon $1500, have to be top notch to part me with that kind of money for something like that.

If it was an actual quality gun that might be fair but I have a hard time seeing it. I'm thinking max 1200 and that's with extras.

I would be in for the group contact

7.62x39 would be the natural choice...

The more I think about it the more I want one.

And magazines will cost how much?

Same, I've always wanted a STG 44 but the real thing cost an arm and a leg and your left testicle, then an extra $5,000.

They're going to charge as much as they feel they can, I doubt they're geared up for high volume production, (even if there's the demand to support it), so they'll be looking to make their money on a relatively low volume of sales. That would suggest it'll be a hefty price tag. One factor is how many existing components they use, ie the trigger group, which will reduce price but dilute the accuracy of the reproduction. I personally don't want one that looks right at 10 feet, I want one the looks and functions as close to the original as possible.

Bit like Erma's 380 'Luger', looked a bit like the original, but not up close, and functioned quite differently.
