Mac lives next door to me, helluva guy... He had asked me to assist with working the booth at the NRA show, but I have work stuff I couldn't get out of.
I have one ordered, for 6 months an can hardly wait to get my hands on it, look to drop 1800.00 to buy one. Mine is 300BLK.

You can go to web site an they have the different versions an plan to make the kits to change calibers, an AR 15 mags. are said to work.
I heard them on a recent podcast where they expected the price to be in the $2K range depending on options. No way was this ever going to be sub-$1K. The CETME-L they are building from a parts kit is a $1,500 gun.
For the STG, they make every single part, in multiple calibers and different styles, from full-on 'retro' to modern tactical looking guns in current calibers, all with various interchangeable parts.
If they cut the price of older repros in half they would need to be $2,000 to start with. And the price for the real ones they based the design off... it would have to be six figures.
It sounds like a really cool design, and well worth the $ if you are interested in these. If you just want the look though, the 22 repro actually is a pretty nice gun as well.
