I have new in box complete Palmetto State Armory M4 Freedom uppers. M4 proflle with 16" 1:7 twist melonited carbine barrels. These are Milspec upper receivers with forward assist and dust covers, complete with BCG and charging handle asking $359 plus tax.
Mate this to one of my complete PSA lowers for $159 and be out the door for $518 plus tax. Must be 21 to buy the lower and 4473 required with background check or GA WCL required.
