I'm the father of four boys. They all know (except the two year old) if we are in a public place you don't yell or run around. Even the two year old is relatively well behaved though. It really irritates me when I see parents just letting their kids do whatever they want with little to no intervention. Kids can be taught to behave. I know this from personal experience. Some people just shouldn't have kids.
