Yea I don't think the Govenment wants to open the Pandora's box of people suing manufacturers for the actions of civilians with their products. I mean right of the rip there goes Cars, guns, bricks, forks, knives, spoons, axes, baseball would be outlawed cuz you couldn't have bats anymore. Basically any blunt or heavy object could no longer be manufactured in or imported to this country.
