Trying to get some info on a recently acquired Parker Brothers Shotgun circa 1875. If anyone know someone or has extensive knowledge and info would greatly help. Just wanting to know production quantities, what some of the marking mean and what not.

If you want us to help you probably need to engage our interest.
How about posting several high-quality, close up, well lit pics of this gun?
The lock work, the flat underside of the barrels at the back end (where it meets with the receiver). If necessary, use a pencil and paper to copy the numbers and markings you see, if a photograph doesn't show the clearly enough.

Measure the barrel and take one close-up photo of the muzzle so we can tell if it's ever been cut. Measure the dimensions of the stock-- the length of pull (trigger face to butt plate, the height of the stock at the butt plate, and the drop of the stock (from the bore line) at the comb.

There are reference books dedicated to just Parker shotguns, although a book about old collectible shotguns from various makers will serve you well also. Your gun could be worth anywhere from $2,000 to $80,000.

It's probably worth doing a little research and buying a book, even if it costs 40 bucks.
