Paying it forward. Weaver rail package

This is pretty simple. I purchased about 10 rails as part of a package hoping that I would use them but instead I ended up putting them for sale.
So I have these 10 sets and I will pick someone at random on Friday and pay for the shipping to your door.

But pay attention this is what I need from you to enter:

You have been on this site for at least one year
You have 100% positive feedback from Members with at least one year
You will either use these or give them to someone who needs them
