Pellet grill for brisket

They're all pretty much the same. I say this as a Pit Boss owner but I've also cooked on pellet grills from Camp Chef and Cuisinart. And my sister owns a Traeger.

There are various ideas about why pellet smokers don't produce as much smoky flavor as a "real" smoker but this seems to be the most likely:

Not sure I agree with this. I have a Weber Smokey Mountain and for me the smoke flavor from the RecTeq is so much better.

Started a little later than I wanted but here it is the final product. I have been letting it rest for about an hour.

I love my RECTEC Bullseye. I cook on it at least 4 times a week from hot and fast items to slow cooks. For pulled pork I put it on Lo before I go to bed and let it run all night. Plenty of smoke flavor and dang near foolproof. I haven't mastered brisket yet, but I'm getting closer.
