That buck came from the same lease that the buck in my profile pic came from. Jamie is one of my good buddies, him and my cousin and a few others are on the same lease.
We had an almost all white doe one season, left her be, plenty other does to shoot. Next season this one hung around, let my son pull the trigger on her and got a nice rug...and meat of course...out of it. When I was 11ish, we had spike come out a lot like the one in the pic color wise, I pulled the trigger on my 20ga single shot, dud shell and the pellets rolled out of the barrel. I figured someone somewhere was telling me pieballs ought to be left alone.
