I've seen a couple of people recently who have almost been burned by receiving PM's from "members" about an item the had in WTB section. Usually out of state, email this person for info, etc. etc.
Might be worth it to put a pinned posting in the WTB section with a warning about being very careful of PM's with links to sell the item.
Most of us are pretty cautious or overly wary of scams but there are many out there that are not as internet fluent and could be taken advantage of.
Just a thought.
