if you were logged on the odt at the time then it was an nsa drone. all odtrs have drones watching them 24/7. Theres one over my house right now, and a gman car in my driveway. I take em coffee a couple times a day. Sometimes they get pizza delivered and share a slice or two with me. When they follow me to the range, I tell em to come on in and share a lane. They really need the practice....
