This is truth.

When the demand drops and many are overstocked then the only result will be to lower the price until folks start buying again. I foresee some really good deals 3-6 months if the separate legislative bills that have been and will be pushed don't gather traction.

I bought a C3 billet lower for $100 after the rush in 2008.
