Who else boils their own? Here's what I do:
2 lbs pnuts
1/2 cup salt
2 tbs red pepper
2 tbs cajun seasoning
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 habaneros, sliced in rounds (w/seeds)
10 cups water
Crockpot on low, check at 24 hrs (stir occasionally)
