Police / Sheriff question: help with vagrants camped on property

buy it, sell all of the timber that's on it, <-- they will leave when the loggers show up, clean it up, make it an industrial park
I googled him...he's of chocolate flavor and is running for sherriff
Uh that looks like the apocalypse... I think he wanted more of a limited slash & burn scenario. We don't want to annihilate the entire county...

Pack, and don't worry about it. The "urban outdoorsmen" get by by not causing issues with the "civilians." The cops know where they are and who they are -they aren't going to do anything to disperse them amongst the taxpayers and to parts unknown.
Especially if they are there with at least the implied consent of the landowner.
Plus go during the middle of the day, they all will be standing on street corners.
If you are that concerned, buy a dozen or so half pints of cheap vodka, and salt the woods with them. They will be so busy looking for the bottles, they won't even notice you are there.

Thanks for the advice guys. The seller said he had the sheriff tell all the homeless people they had to get off the property. I asked the broker for a showing so we'll see if that really happened.
