Looks delicious! Bone in always comes out more moist than boneless. I've had my original 680 since 2014; I've upgraded the controller and firepot and have been very pleased with it. I've put a little over 1000lbs of pellets through it and have enjoyed just about everything I've cooked on it.

I bought a Bullseye last year and I can't say the same for it. I was hoping for a little quicker startup and a little better build quality. RecTec support hasn't been an issue but I regret the purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another 680 (or whatever model the current full size is).
