I guess I'm lucky as low cholesterol runs on my side of the family. If you trim up pork loins, they are fairly lean, probable better than the hamburger you get at the store in fat content. I've been cleaning gutters for the last 2 hours, so I think I'm safe for today.

Leatherhead , dusted off that recipe from the gal with the nice eyes. (Wife had some of her friends from out of town coming, so I played chef) it did not disappoint. Grilled on the new vision Komodo at 350* for about 1hr 45 minutes. Made an apple cider glaze with the pan drippings. Will let her show her gratitude later.

That looks amazing. I think I'll be trying that recipe soon!
