Possible non essentail travel lockdown??

Im in the food service industry. My delivery drivers are getting essential only travel documents from homeland security. Have a inlaw that is on dialysis that got a essential travel document from her dr over the weekend. Kinda raised my eyebrows hearing that.

How are they getting these documents?? Wife and I are seniors with multiple health issues. We average, between the 2 of us, about 3 doctor/medical appointments per week. I had 3 myself, last week and the wife had 2. Good thing we are retired, if we were working we wouldn't have the time for everything.
