As I’m wearing work boots, Khakis, a tucked in collared shirt, belt, with short hair. I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed, but I think I speak eloquently enough and dress nice enough to not give off murderer vibes.

Can't stand when someone asks that. It's one thing to ask if the price is negotiable but when you got a decent deal already posted its irritating to get asked that then an almost guaranteed offer of $100 less with emphasis on cash like it could be something else.

Not happened to me but saw it asked in another post... how long have you had the title in your name? Asked by the one and only "original title in hand" seller!!
