Multiple surgeries I’m sure your familiar with it by now..... but should you have any questions give me a shout I’ve been a therapist for 27 yrs & rehab’d thousands of shoulders and knees...!

John, glad to have read your post. The only advice I can give about surgery, take your meds in a timely fashion to stay ahead of the pain. Hang in there buddy.
