Prayers lifted up for your family and brother. My nephew did the same in 2018. My sister and brother-in-law did everything they could to get him help but nothing worked. Extremely difficult situation to go through. Do not beat yourself up, instead be an advocate to help others.

Family and friends will begin to question and may even blame themselves. Ive been closer to both side of this conversation than I care to admit. Trust me there is nothing anyone can say or do to make it better. They are helpless and hopeless and dont see another way. Dont blame yourself or allow others to take the blame.
