Lettery Kenny Arsenal Depot. Back in the 50's 60's The Army would over haul and rebuild Garands. They are spectacular. I have a 1942 that got the treatment in 65' She is amazing.

How do you know it is a LEAD rebuilt?
Barrel was replaced on mine in 65. All Springfield.

They electro pen LEAD and mo/yr on the right receiver leg

If the stock went through with it a small orange triangle on the pistol grip bottom.
