We swap pecans for chicken and duck eggs occasionally, not a bad deal right now.

I like them fried and scrambled. Amazing stuff. Cook a duck and save the rendered fat and then cook your breakfast potatoes in that covered in 2 fried duck eggs. That is some good food.

Duck eggs are great. I’ve actually been considering getting some myself for eggs and pest control in the garden.
