Of Course the anti-Gun crowd will be all over this story. I just don't know how some people can be so careless with guns around little kids. Maybe, I'm just anal but, when I taught my boy how to shoot, I drilled into him if we are NOT at the Range don't ever touch a Gun in our house or car!! He's 23 now and still talks about gun Safety to his friend's!!

No matter how you teach them, it's the "teach them" part that's important. Guns are anything but a Taboo topic in my house, there are times the kids and I are all doing dry fire drills at the TV getting ready for the next match.......the wife really Loves it when it's a show she likes.

I drill safety into my kids, but there still kids. One time I brought a new gun home and put it on the coffee table to show it off a little (unloaded). I went into the kitchen for a minute and there's my 6 year old picking it up to "look at it". THEY'RE KIDS, be smart parents people. I think stupid parents should be charged but I'm sure that the medical bills will be a big enough fine.
