Put up 2 poles and a full sheet of plywood directly in front of the stand on the line and paint no poaching on it. . With it being so close they will only be able to see mostly their property then.

Buy coyote, skunk and bear scent and spray the area on your side well. Need to make it an unpleasant place to hunt and problem solved.

Is there a fence and/or signs on the property line that would make it obvious to them that they would be hunting your property?

And hunt it every morning and night until you confront the poacher. Yes they are poachers if they are hunting your land without your permission.
