Problem with neighbors deer stand

Dealing with this right now on my property. There is noting the game warden can do because they are legally hunting on their property. What you can/should do is put up no trespassing signs, call the DNR and let them know what is going on so they are aware. Lots of times they will touch base with the hunting club president to discuss the complaint. You also need to write a letter to the land owner, informing them of the issues (I'm assuming the land is owned by someone other than the guys doing the hunting). Include pics in your correspondence. Then shooting onto your property is a safety concern for the folks on your property and most land owners will not put up with it.

Another option is to find a barber shop or beauty shop and have them save all the cut hair for a few days. Spread it out along your fence line in front of their stand. GAME OVER!

The property line has been freshly painted on the trees and clearly marked in orange paint every 10 feet by a forester or their property owner. So they have no excuse not knowing where the line is.

Nothing wrong with hunting a property line as long as you are on your own property, but if the stand is pointed toward your property and it's clearly marked, that's obviously not happening. I'd just catch the next member you see of that club and let them know that if the situation isn't fixed promptly, you'll be calling the land owners, DNR, and local sheriff.

I have some property with an adjoining club. DOnt overlook mine and I wont overlook yours. The purpose of looking onto your land has to be to of course shoot onto your land.

Set up a ground blind 40 or 50 yards inside your property line, in plain view of the stand. Keep the windows closed so they can’t see inside of it. That’ll keep them from shooting off of your property.
In the meantime, contact the landowner and see if there’s a contract stipulation preventing them from placing stands so close to the property line. My lease contract states 50 yards at a minimum.

Some people are turds And sometimes people are plain ignorant. I would leave a message on the stand asking nicely to move it as you will be setting a stand up there. If they don’t, do like me and my brothers did and blow that thing to pieces
