Well....that was a learning experience! We'll have to wait until tomorrow to see how they turned out, but I'm feeling that they have too much liquid and too much salt. Although, I've been told that the rice will absorb the additional liquid and the salt supposedly mellow. We'll see.

Leave them uncovered in fridge. They'll dry out.
When you cook them, STEAM them, do not boil.
Or grill, but that's too "new fangled" for me.

Thanks, but they did't turn out that well. I'm good with smoked sausages, but Boudin is another story. I learned a lot for the next attempt.
