The biggest problem I see is that the judging starts at 10 A.M. That means you would almost have to set up the night before.

Sorry, the paperwork covers more information. The BBQ Vendors can check in Friday night at 6:00 PM. We have a vendor meeting at 8:00 PM and everyone starts cooking there after. we stay at the park throughout the night. Some bring tents and campers others just hand out in lounge chairs. The Overnight BBQin' is where we have the most fun, getting to know each other and talk Que!

The is a possibility. I actually have to extend the judges out to 8 this year. I'd rather have you cook though....
