Way to go dad! No snowflake zone. Started my son when he was that age. It's a great feeling.

My 4 year old son shot my Ruger 10/22 this past weekend. This was his first time shooting a real gun. He loved it and went through at least 100 rounds, with rapid fire mag dumps. He could not get enough! He keeps asking when we are going shooting again. Anyway, I had to share.

I had a proud dad moment when my 11 year old schooled my uncle on what AR actually stands for and what class 3 weapons and accessories are. And how to go about getting one

Thanks a bunch everyone. He had the time of his life shooting the .22. So good of a time, in fact, that he eased back a little too far one time while doing a mag dump and put a slight bullet crease in the top of my range bag. He was using it as a rest while we were seated on the ground. LOL...After that little howdy doo we got back on the golf cart and we were using the front lip, under my extra close supervision. LOL
