PSA Shipping times: Back to forever?

I bought a slide on Xmas day as a present to myself. I'm coming up on 3 weeks without any shipping notifications. I sent an inquiry but I don't expect to hear back. It definitely reminds me of the 2015 days of PSA's legendary month long lead times.
Anyone buy anything recently (like since Nov) and had a fast or slow turnaround?

sometimes it is really fast, sometimes it is really slow. I don't buy from PSA if I am in a hurry for something. Luckily I am almost never in a hurry. If I am in a hurry I go and see cmshoot at True prep.

Ha try their dealer support line. I die a little inside when ever I order something from them for someone. Not worth the $15 profit margin lol.

My most recent order from them, placed Jan. 11th, was only 3 days, start to finish (order placed and in my hands).

I don't disagree companies can approve. But in my mind PSA provides a solid value, good prices most of the time, they get tons of order, were in a pandemic, shortages are everywhere. I wouldn't expect anything too quick. Also usually the cheapest pricing most of the time don't mean "best" customer service in my experience.

You buy a 79.99 BLU Android phone for a 999 Iphone and see the support differences.........

I've ordered ammo from them recently and it was like MegaFan said 3-4 days. maybe parts and/or guns are different? or it could be that paticular store?
