I got out real cheap on mine but prices still seem to be coming down.

The only special lower parts you need to build an PA10 are the takedown pins. Rest of lower is normal 308/AR15 stuff. You have to mate it to a PA10 upper receiver (either stripped or built), so be on the watch for one of these.
