That doe is pretty interesting with all the black on her head and down her back. I read an article that it's pretty rare and a trait of the deer the whitetail have evolved from over generations.

I've turkey hunted Redlands 1 time. I don't think you could pay me to deer to hunt there, or atlwast the area I turkey hunted. There was trucks at every pull off 2 hours before daylight..

It really depends on where you go, I have spots where I don’t see anyone then spots where people are over run, I just get pass the crowd, I’ve come to realize 95% of people who hunt Redlands honestly don’t go far from where they park

That's true too. If I'm on public land I'm putting in the footwork and walking a good way in.
