Gotta pound the figurative pavement for that. I called all the suppliers of upgrades I used and set up dealer direct prices through them. Some require minimum orders, some do not. Almost all of the suppliers Ive ever dealt with will give varying degrees of dealer discounts. A necessary one is the Brownells Edge program. 50 bucks a year and free shipping for all orders, regardless of size.

I make about ten different types of cabinet doors. What I've done over the years is invest in dedicated tooling for each type . Proper and job specific tooling is a time and labor saver which translates into money / profit ! This in turn allows you to do more work ! Try to invest in tooling as much as feasible! It will save and make you money !

I'm getting ready to chop a shotgun barrel and bore it for flush chokes. Buying the reamer, bushing, and tapping dies from Brownell's. Figure I might as well start now. Would cost me just as much to send it to a smith as to buy/do it myself.

I try to do almost everything myself ! That's why I have the tooling. It's hard to depend on someone else . Just too many people that are unreliable !
