I am ready to take them out and put them into long term storage containers. My question is, even though they were in plastic bags, should I spread them out and let them air dry in the house in case there was condensation moisture while in the freezer or as I unbagged cold beans. How do you handle yours.

i would let them dry some first...if you are using O2 absorbers they will finish drying them out but there is going to be condesation on them when you take them out of the freezer unless the temp in your house is the same as the freezer
