Question about locking lugs

was examining my locking lugs and noticed a very small bit of damage to one of them, this normal wear and tear?

The bolt is the heart of the rifle. Replace it with a carpenter steel or similar bolt of same or higher quality.

Very hard to see , it's a little more than a scratch, not sure if it's normal

Can you mark it, I assumed you meant the bolt as it's typically the weak link.

Bolt is in great shape no wear really just this place on the locking lugs

May have to do that here soon, I can't even see what would've made that mark.

Ok I see it. It looks minor and I don't think, judging by the image it will be a function issue. It may a tooling mark but if it is raised and more of a bur I'd smooth it flush with some one finger loving and an abrasive.

That doesn't appear to be a bur though.
