Question about small Kubota tractor and post hole digger

I am researching buying a Kubota BX2680 to maintain a long dirt driveway. While at dealership wife comes out of nowhere "we need a post hole digger attachment". Apparently she wants to plant some trees - I bet this will be a one time deal. Is there a place to rent small tractor implements vs buying it for one time and it sits in shed for 20 years?

I have a post hole auger that I bought with my Kubota L series. Not sure if it would work with a BX series or not but you are welcome to borrow it if it did.

Does your tractor have downdraft hydraulics?
Without the ability for the tractor to push the posthole digger down it often just spins without digging.

My son has one of the one man augers from harbor freight and believe it or not it works great. They are around two hundred but his has been worth it. Might be an option

I'm local in Milledgeville....let me know when you get the tractor, you can try mine (although I am not sure you will have enough HP to run too big of an auger).

Have you been looking at Southside? Try Hendrix Machinery in Savannah....they were $5k cheaper on an MX5400 I just bought.
