Not sure,but i have 2, and love em...even ran into the area rep one day at basspro...she was very nice and explained more about their standard of lumens rating...only downside is that it can eat up the cr123 batteries, but if you order their new strion it's got an 18650 rechargeable/removable /replaceable battery

Streamlight products are from China but assembled in the U.S. If that matters.
