I have plenty of bullion coins to sell for metal content, I'm trying to find a collector since I have numerous coins in fine to extra fine and uncirculated conditions.

Unless they are slabbed and graded by PCGS, NGC, or another reputable company determining condition is subjective and you won't get anywhere by stating your opinion on condition. I would only consider paying to have better dates graded that have the potential to be worth more if they grade out. There is a coin show monthly at the Marietta Hilton, next one is Feb. 10th.
Link below will give you melt value. If you want much $$$ beyond that, you will have to pay to have them graded or find a coin collector willing to pay extra for ungraded coins. It will happen, but might take some time.

Coins dealers are a lot like car dealers only with less transparency. There are periodic price guides they use and one to which you can subscribe. That one is called the "gray" sheet. Consider it the retail price sheet. There is a "blue" sheet that lists the wholesale values but it doesn't circulate outside the industry. You'd have to polish up on your grading skills, learn the dates and mint marks that are more rare but once you did, you could zero in on a good price a little under the gray sheet pricing and try to sell it here or elsewhere as a win-win. You make a few dollars more, one or a few buyers pay a few dollars less for a must have...Any rare dates/mint marks in top condition would be worth considering for slabbing - having one of the professional services grade them and encase them in plastic. The slab will be worth more than you'll get without it.

I've also (not a collector or grader) had good luck culling key dates or rare mints, and selling them ungraded on ebay, junking the rest in lots. I just don't make any representation as to what I 'think' the coin might grade at. High def, high resolution pics will sell the coin to someone who might want to pay to have it graded and slabbed.

otherwise they sell for the cull value from the big distributors. apmex has them for between 15 and 16 bucks in "cull condition" but this varies
also, some of those are real shiney but if they have been cleaned they also fit into the cull grade. id find out which years and mints were less prolific and consider sending them to a grading agency before selling

btw, i think you will get more mileage out of them on here by trading than selling outright
