Question For Hunters

OK, I'm handicapped, but have & will feild dress every deer I kill, Because this is how I was taught!! I have had several people call me to field dress their deer, or just haul it to the cooler to have it done!! I've heard every possible excuse,from I don't have a knife to my stomach is weak!! Who hunts without a knife? Weak stomach??You knew thisbefore you pulled the trigger!! Get real or get gone!!

I didn't start hunting til I was 21 and my dad passed when I was 19 and didn't hunt so never learned any of that. Myself and two friends started hunting right around 21.

All of us do everything from watching youtube videos. We usually don't gut and just strip all the meat while hanging now. Do not take the rib meat. We also process our own deer as well. Nothing you can't learn from the internet.

My son in law was a trained meat cutter in high school, he does it all de-bone it, quarters it up ices it down for a few days then cuts it up for the freezer, don't take him long.
